- Is there a free trial?
- YES-All plans include a fully-functional 14 day free trial. We think it’s fair for you to see the service before signing up.
- What if I need to upgrade my service?
- If you’re growing (Good for you!), we charge the difference between the service-plans, prorated. Going from Starter -> Mid sized would be the cost difference ($900-$450=$450 and divided by the number of months of service left). Your original starting service date would be the renewal date in the next year. In the second year, we’ll renew your plan at the higher-level service.
- If I cancel on day #15 is there a refund?
- Sorry, but no, we are a business. Our business, like your firm, is designed to make money. Please use the trial to evaluate the service’s effectiveness for your firm and see it in action.
- What is a Case?
- A case is defined as the creation of a new Augusta tax savings plan. As the tax pro, each of your customers you define an Augusta plan for counts as one case. Business owners with multiple businesses can only use the Augusta rule for one of their businesses, not all. So if a business owner with multiple businesses is your client, just use the Augusta rule one time, counting as one case.
- What if I Make a Mistake?
