Our services are very simple-they’re based on the number of cases that you, the tax-preparer completes per year. All prices are in USD and quoted annually. We want you to make more income, and we take a portion of it. Fair trade?

FAQs:

  1. Is there a free trial?
    • YES-All plans except for the largest include a fully-functional 14 day free trial. We think it’s fair for you to see the service before signing up. We hope you’ll LOVE the service and keep it, but kick the wheels first.
  2. What if I need to upgrade my service?
    • If you’re growing (Good for you!), we charge the difference between the service-plans, prorated. Moving from a Starter Plan -> Mid sized means only the cost difference will be charged ($900-$450=$450 and divided by the number of months of service left). Your original starting service date would be the renewal date in the next year. In the second year of upgraded service, we’ll renew your plan at the higher-level service.
  3. If I cancel on day #15 is there a refund?
    • Sorry, but no, we are a business. Our business, like your firm, is designed to make money. Please use the trial to evaluate the service.
  4. What is a Case, Can you Define This Please?
    • A case is defined as the creation of a new Augusta tax savings plan for one customer. As the tax pro, each of your customers you define an Augusta plan for counts as one case. Business owners with multiple businesses can only use the Augusta rule for one of their businesses, not all. If your client has multiple businesses then it do an Augusta case for one of his or her businesses not all of them.
  5. What if I Make a Mistake?
